"We loved our stay here- we booked 3 rooms for 10 people total and it was exactly what we needed for a night before a cruise. The shuttle service from the airport was easy and efficient, as was the shuttle to the port. The AC was great in the rooms. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly."

"Probably the most amazing hotel, me and my wife I’ve ever been to. We came to this hotel to start off our honeymoon and without our knowledge, upon arriving, they had upgraded our room stock the mini fridge and left a congratulation note! We had to stop in town for a little bit after checkout and they let us leave our luggage there so we didn’t have to track it around the city with us. We are also Americans so we didn’t have the proper outlet to plug into the wall so after going downstairs, they were able to lend us a European adapter for the lenght of our stay! Hands-down 10 out of 10 experience we will return next time we are in Ital!"

I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!). "We had the Junior Suite on the top floor which was modern, clean and had sweeping, beautiful panoramic views of the shore. Fit four adults comfortably and the outdoor patio was quite large with tables and chaise loungers. Would recommend that particular room again. "
