This was my second time staying at this property, and I’m very happy I decided to return. Once again, everything was wonderful. The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was lovely and comfortable. The only area that could use a little improvement is the outdoor landscaping and garden areas, as some of the plants appeared to be dead and the grounds could use a bit more attention. I’m sure this is something the property will address. Overall, I had another very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I’m glad I came back and would be happy to stay here again!

I honestly cannot say enough about this property. Incredible staff that were easy to communicate with. Very helpful and really made us want to stay an extra night. Unfortunately they were fully booked 😕. Lovely dinner of spaghetti and fantastic breakfast with fresh baked treats. The staff was very helpful in recommending places to shop and visit. Our apartment had full amenities including a washer and kitchen. Incredibly clean. Oh and we must mention the towels. My husband and son are both 6’ 4” and they appreciated the huge fluffy bath towels. Within a few blocks from the beach so easy to get around. Beach restaurants and bars are very close and great to watch the sunsets. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Covered private parking was provided. Love this place and we highly recommend

The location of the property was lovely. Just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Matteo was wonderful. He was so friendly and helpful right from check in to departure he made the stay more enjoyable. Great proximity to the Rome airport in a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is right by the bus stop which took me directly from FCO. The staff were very welcoming, the grounds are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the beach is a short walk away. I would highly recommend.

This is a quaint historic property that is a great stopping point the night before a flight out from the airport. It's close to Sangita Miracle Beach, a great place to take in the sunset.
