(1,007 reviews) Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard. Not at all what I would have expected from a luxury hotel. We did return to reception to discuss room options and were eventually moved to a more suitable room but this seemed to luck that there were any rooms suitable for 4 of us left. There was not much noise even with close proximity to the main road..The bathroom was not as clean with @#£/ stains on the wall and my bad luck decided to take the toilet brush to clean the toilet.
