(533 reviews) I stayed 2 nights in the 'Honeymoon Suite'. Railay West Beach is superb especially early morning before the boats arrive. Later it gets over-busy with continuous noise and too much shoreline taken up by the boats - it seems the national park need to get a grip on adequate regulation of numbers and pollution. The garden and pools setting is well designed and beautifully maintained - an oasis of peace. The honeymoon suite itself is spacious but somewhat dated and overdue for a refurb - a single cracked washbasin is not what you might expect at this price point. In particular the light switching is a joke involving 'a tour of the estate' to control but extraordinarily with no lights or control at the bedhead. That said buffet breakfast is great and staff were lovely. The restaurants and buffets were excellent that we didn’t venture out as much as we usually do. The owners and staff are welcoming and ensure that guests are well cared for. Access to the beach club was great. We can’t wait to go back to this resort the next time we are in the area. We outed for an upgraded room and glad we did! (630 reviews) This is a beautiful resort hotel. The whole place is immaculate. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and never too busy. Tea & coffee is served to you which saves queuing for the machine. They will also give you a drink to take away if you want one. There are many sunbeds around the grounds. We never managed to get one near the pool. I think these are reserved very early and I cannot be bothered to get involved in the early morning sunbed rush! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several good restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. Overall this was a great place to stay.
