"The property is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The beachfront property sometimes sits right on the water as twice a day (10am-3pm) and evening/night high tide brings water to the steps of the hotel which is a stunning sight, allowing for even closer swimming and kayaking around island that forms in front. Most impressive is how attentive the staff are, keeping tabs on when we leave, what trips we did (we booked our own but they can help), when we leave. If arriving early or leaving late, they give personal guest rooms for with a lock to rest and leave things in which was certainly a helpful perk. "

"Many things in our room did not work and were not maintained well. outlets, lamps and switches did not work. Bathroom fixtures were corroded and some parts were rusty. Many areas of the grounds were overgrown and not maintained at all. At night the paths were not well lit up The pool was nice, even though it has not been well maintained. We had a mango smoothie at the pool bar - the best. I highly recommend to anyone. The location to the beach was good. "
