"Disclaimer: I am pretty sure I was their only guest during my entire stay at the hotel. This is because covid has decimated the travel/tourism industry in Thailand right now. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has two separate pools, which were open and available to use. I only used one and it was quite nice. I did see the staff conducting inspections of both hotels to make sure no proactive repairs were needed. (Nice to see a hotel putting that much care into their property) There is a bar area next to the pools that I did not use as it appeared closed. (Again, I was their only guest and I didn't ask about it either) The attached restaurant seemed well kept when I walked through it, but I never ate there. It serves Thai and European food. The room was nicely equipped and very clean. The AC worked well. It came with a large balcony that included two chairs, a table, and a clothes drying rack. The bathroom and shower were large and clean as well. The hotel is located directly across the street from Ao Nang Beach. I don't think you can beat that location really. There is parking available in front of the hotel and the staff also helped me rent a motorbike and find out information for buying bus tickets to my next destination. Overall, very friendly and helpful staff. I'll likely look to book here again when I come to Krabi again."

"An amazing hotel with everything you need. We took a private boat from the pier to Railay beach. Room was amazing with a small private pool and an outdoor shower. The restaurant on the beach is the best and the sunset is something that we will never forget!"

"Many things in our room did not work and were not maintained well. outlets, lamps and switches did not work. Bathroom fixtures were corroded and some parts were rusty. Many areas of the grounds were overgrown and not maintained at all. At night the paths were not well lit up The pool was nice, even though it has not been well maintained. We had a mango smoothie at the pool bar - the best. I highly recommend to anyone. The location to the beach was good. "

"Centara Krabi is a beautiful resort. We really enjoyed our short stay there. The ride to get to the resort and the view are breath-taking. It definitely has a resort feel with lots of amenities. We did go in March 202 and the resort was busy but not packed which made it more enjoyable. The food selection was great and had many restaurants to pick from for lunch and dinner. The resort was not all inclusive, it did offer a buffet breakfast/lunch which would last us for most of the day and then we would go get dinner. One of the nights we went to Thai buffet and watched a beautiful show put on by the staff at the resort while we ate. It was about $40 per person and it included one alcoholic drink."
