Everything was fine- room was nice however your ears pop a little going up the lift but the breakfast didn’t have much of a selection, the pool was closed, the health centre was closed, no room service despite all of the above being promised.

I’m a bit of a hotel snob, and Kerry Hotel Beijing meet my expectations. It’s a solid international hotel with professional management, excellent service standards, and a genuinely customer-oriented culture.
The Executive Lounge is one of the highlights. Food and drinks are served throughout the day, and the staff make guests feel genuinely welcome. It’s a great place to relax, work, or unwind while being well taken care of. Very nice gym as well.
If you appreciate an international atmosphere, consistent service, and a well-run hotel, Kerry Hotel is an excellent choice.

We had an incredible experience and thanks mostly to our amazing concierge Yina. Yina - you are the best concierge we have ever had.
She made arrangements for ALL our sightseeing and we loved it totally.
Given we were strict vegetarians, Yina with the help of Angel ( duty manager ) and Cindy ( Front office lady ), arranged breakfast for us to go at no cost and we were able to take fruits, yogurt and bread to consume later for lunch which was invaluable to us. In addition, she found pure vegetarian restaurants for us to enjoy.
Love you Yina always for making our stay incredible. Special thanks to Andy for driving us around and being our guide.
Regent is now part of my family thanks to Yina and others.

"I really wanted to love the hotel as much as I liked other Alila properties but it was a disaster. I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster. "The entire place was cold. Staff is waking around in winter coats throughout the facility . My father’s room was extremely cold even after staff came to help him adjust the heat. All staff were very helpful and friendly."
