Very nice hotel! Especially the guys only spa!!

Beautiful hotel in a central location, just a short distance from the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the main shopping district. The hotel has its own direct entrance to the shopping mall, making everything incredibly convenient. The pool and amenities are absolutely top-notch and truly next level. The restaurant on the second floor was excellent, offering buffet-style lunches and dinners with an endless variety of delicious food. Beyond the outstanding facilities, the staff made the experience even better — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel is newer than I thought- very clean and very friendly staff. We couldn’t order taxi using the phone and the concierge staff including Harry was helpful. The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future.

The hotel has a convenient location walking distance to the Forbidden city, TianAnMen Square and many malls. however the room is out of date. A major drawback is strong and disgusting cigarette smell even though our room is supposed to be smoke free. Another major drawback drawback is the terrible bathroom layout. The room has no single bathroom——- shower, tub, sink, toilets are scattered at different corners of the room, not combined as one unit. That means after you walked out of the wet shower stall, it is directly the big bedroom. There isn’t a dry, private transition area to change and keep your clothes dry. Last but not least The property description was very misleading. It says the one bedroom apartment sleeps four people, which leaves you the impression “the room must have a bed and a sofa bed”. but in reality, it only has one bed. when I was trying to clarify via messaging with the hotel host, she kept dodging the question by saying “you can sleep as many people as you want but there is only 1 bed”.

The staff were all really helpful and worked hard to ensure everything was perfect for us. The hotel and it’s facilities were excellent. Breakfast had such a large choice it was more like breakfast and lunch together. The hotel is joined to a subway entrance which was really convenient. Also, the hotel was close to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and various shopping malls. Beijing is excellent. The city is really clean and safe. Be prepared to walk a lot and don’t forget your passport!

I've staying in 4 different hotels and Kerry was one of the best specially with $100 extra we get free breakfast, snacks and dinner and access to playground. their Gym and pools were the best in any other hotel I ever travelled around the world. their staff was carer and friendly. location was great and next to Shanghai international expo.
