Banyantree Tianjin絕對把招牌放錯了建築物，完全沒有一點與Banyantree的特色連結，若一定要說有..就只有SPA,可惜了，又再次糟蹋了Banyantree的經典SPA,非常失望。 我們08/11住河東區香格里拉很棒，軟硬體服務具佳，08/12住悅榕莊，08/13住和平區的Ritz Carlton. 三個品牌都是世界知名品牌，也都傳承其該有特色，只有悅榕莊無法想像思考，請把我的名字列入它的黑名單吧！絕不會再回去住宿，可惜天津這麼有質量的海河沿岸被悅榕莊破壞了!

#### 令人滿意的住宿體驗!

很感謝前台的甜甜小姐 服務周到，很熱心，也謝謝酒店給我們升級了房間! 我們的房間是面河景的，客房空間大，床品很舒適，沐浴用品也不錯，一切都很滿意! 我們喜歡這酒店附近安靜，可以沿著海河週邊散步，蠻悠閒的! 有機會還願意再次入住! 唯一就是泳池和健身房太昏暗了，因為是在B1，採光差 ，提醒酒店應注意燈光問題。

#### Good location with disappointing service

The hotel room is as good as its location. But the lobby service ( check-in / check-out , concierge staff) was disappointing and not reached the standard of Banyan Tree. There r many worthy hotels with nice location/room/service for staying in Tianjin City ( the same price as Banyan Tree) such as St. Regis , Shangri-La.

非常值得住的酒店，床和床上用品都非常好，淋浴高档次，泳池和健身器材都非常好，房间面对河边风景相当不错，可惜附近比较偏，离购物吃饭较远

行10分鐘可到古文化街，但酒店附近沒有商店！酒店大堂比較小！房間很大！有大型浴缸，很舒適！

#### 快適なベッド・バス、おしゃれな部屋

総合的には非常にいいホテルだと思います。泊まっているお客さんが少ないせいか、市内には近いものの、あまり喧噪感がありません。部屋も清潔感のあるおしゃれな部屋でした。丸いお風呂から海河（市内の川）が見えるタイプでした。それと、急須（茶濾し付き！）があって、備え付けのお茶も豊富でした。なぜかミニバーは空っぽで、電話で注文して持ってきてもらう形でした。サービスについては、レセプションはいいものの、ドアマン・ポーターは不在、従業員とすれ違ってもみられるだけ。場所は地下鉄とバスの駅からは少し歩くので、タクシーが便利だと思います。古文化街の船乗り場の河を挟んで真向いです。

#### Great stay

I had to go to Tianjin for business for 2 days. Chose another hotel that had good photos of decorative room at reasonable price so booked it. Big mistake and the next day left very disappointed. Room were dirty and cruby and the staff never smiled or looked happy. Booked in at the Banyun Tree and had a great stay. Rooms were clean and fresh, well appointed and staff were very freindly and helpfull. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend to anyone.
