The hotel staff is simply wonderful and proactive to help day and night. The help arrives in minutes whenever needed. The staff is courteous, professional and eager to help. The room is spacious, clean and so is the hotel. The buffet is a solid way to start the day. The metro is walking distance (lines 5&6) from where one can easily reach virtually any point in Tianjin. There is a supermarket nearby. The room is clean. Concierge is helpful. The hotel management was kind enough to arranged a day of swimming at another branch of the hotel. My kids were ecstatic with the arranged car ride and swimming pool service and amenities.
