I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster. The mountains around are nice but the room was so filthy, it was just unbelievable. It is basically a resort one hour from Anji with nothing around so you are trapped there. being trapped in a nice place is fine for a few days but they rooms are ugly and disgusting, they are all smoking (despite what this website says) with the gross smell of cold smoke. I hated every second of it and all I wanted was leave, which I did...no point changing room if they are all the same and smoking. This should not be branded Alila. It is welcoming to dogs (so you have dog poo on the road). The gym is by the pool so basically no AC (Good luck with workout in hot/humid conditions)... I obviously do not recommend.
