Great place, except when you walk out the door.

We had an amazing stay. Kudos to Jason at the front desk and all of the staff. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. The room was cleaned daily and the perks for guests including the unlimited filtered water was a bonus. The location was really the best and very walkable to various areas of interest.

Excellent choices for breakfast and despite being super busy, staff very helpful and well organised. Rooms well presented and clean. WiFi connection was weak.

We got early to the hotel since we had an early flight and Vahid helped us and let us check in early. Room was beautiful, clean, big, we got the towels changed every day without having to ask, the roof top restaurant was really nice too. Close to SFMOMA and other places at walking distance. Im very satisfied with the property.

We enjoyed our 3day stay at Hotel Zetta, and loved the location as well as the games/arcade available for guests! There was complimentary coffee and donuts, and hotel was very clean. We weren’t able to check in early but they held our bags til our rooms were ready.

Beautiful, grand hotel with a rich history. The staff is friendly and helpful, The hotel is located in a central area near shopping and Union Square. Walking/biking distance to nearby attractions. Wonderful Sunday brunch!

The property was clean.

We lived the Argonaut. Perfect place to explore the City. Pristine clean, comfy beds, good shower, and very convenient. My daughter however, had a bad experience because the room next to her was extremely noisy. With kids and parents. She barely slept for each of two nights. I felt very sorry for her since our experience was so different. Buyer beware I guess. I would have complained but she is not that person.
