The staff can’t do enough for you, they accommodated my wife’s dairy intolerance allowing her to enjoy the dining experiences. The gym is of a really high standard - especially for a hotel gym. The amenities in the room are amazing, from flip flops to a beach bag. The room was always clean to a high standard. I wish the parasols around the pool area (we sat in the reserve area) were of a better standard as we had to keep annoying the lovely man by the pool to keep putting it up for us. The all inclusive package is outstanding. So many lovely places to sit and chill (and hide from the windy weather), we always felt we had enough space to relax and enjoy a drink. A huge shout out to Rahul. We look forward to coming back.

Rooms were fairly basic but nice enough. 1 restaurant with same sort of food each day. There’s a pool bar in the day and a bar open in the evening. Not enough loungers by the pool as people leave their towels out from early morning. There are signs saying people can’t do that but no evidence to show anyone was checking. Not enough parasols so most of the beds are in direct sun all day with no shade options

Slightly on the edge of Costa Teguise - about 20/25 mins walk to main square. Good facilities, spacious apartment, plenty sunbeds. Excellent, varied breakfast.

Second year running at this wonderful hotel right on the promenade. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a fantastic selection of food for all tastes. Brilliantly located, left to the marina with shops and restaurants and right to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Overall a good experience, however it’s not the same standard of property that we have experienced elsewhere at 5 star all inclusive resorts. We were standard all inclusive which was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend the Preferred upgrade as you get the same room, just a separate pool area, which uses the exact same sun beds as the rest of the resort, which are fine but nothing special.
