I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, the experience was excellent, providing the relaxed and restful getaway I was looking for, along with wonderful dining options.
My only critique concerns the pillows, which I found uncomfortable compared to the otherwise very comfortable bed. While I understand that alternative pillows can be requested, I wanted to bring this to your attention for future guest comfort.
