Hector at the front desk provided exceptional service. He was friendly, outgoing, conversational, and very attentive to guests needs. The hotel is well‑located, with easy walking access to restaurants, the bus stop, the beach, Walgreens, and the port. I would gladly stay here again.

The dryer didn’t work. The room was dry but we had to keep the AC on, which was directly above the bed and made it difficult to sleep. The pool is kind of gross.

Everything was wonderful! We will be returning for a THIRD time very soon!

The staff were very helpful for our entire stay, they exceeded our expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to go back the next time we are in San Juan.

Pool side seating was comfy. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day
