9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
Well located, and an exceptional staff. The top floor breakfast buffet was average, but since they are catering to many visitors, they try to cover all the bases. There is also a nightly drink opportunity, when you can look out on the city, a nice bonus. Like all Tokyo hotels, the rooms are quite small in comparison to the average American hotel. I got the last available room, which was the “family” room, so there was plenty of space in comparison to the doubles.
Very, very clean.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (80 reviews)
We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tokyo. Although the hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Ginza, where we planned to spend most of our time, it was absolutely worth it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning water views. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and breakfast was a highlight. We also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food was fantastic. The pool and outdoor hot tub were fantastic as well and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service, excellent dining, and wonderful facilities. We would happily stay here again!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Good room size. Comfortable places to sit and relax. Good size table but not many drawers. Also for a room with four beds we’d expect more than one suitcase stand but we managed.
Clean and basically new furniture and appointments since the recent remodel.

10/10 Exceptional! (4 reviews)
We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!
