The hotel is fine if you need a bed and AC near the heart of Firenze. Their WiFi only consistently works in the lobby. My phone was stolen when I arrived at the train station. Apple was able to help me replace it. I had to spend much of my first two days in Florence at the Apple Store to retire my iCloud backup to the new phone since the hotel WiFi didn’t work in my room. It wasn’t feasible for me to spend the day in the lobby. At least there was good AC at the Apple Store. I wouldn’t stay here again. It may be good for You if you don’t need to access WiFi from your room

Wonderful hotel, great location and fantastic staff

We just left this past Tuesday. The staff was wonderful! They truly made our stay great and helped with an e-bike tour and a ride to the airport. This resort is wonderful! Such great views from the pool of the sea! Would highly recommend! Also the breakfast buffet is hands down a great experience and value!

It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)

This was a little slice of heaven and such a hidden gem. This place is by far my favorite that I have been to in Europe

Well maintained property in centre of Vernazza - just metres from the main square and harbour. Room was perfect size for family of 4. We loved Vernazza, swimming, catching ferry/train to the other towns. Vernazza was the best for us. Would highly recommend this as your base to see Cinque Terre.
