(4,367 reviews) Overall property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Food ok. However, I barely slept for the entire vacation based on a few factors. Even though we were on the top floor the VERY LOUD noise from other guests dragging chairs around their rooms kept us awake. Easy remedy by putting felt or something on the bottom of the legs of these chairs. We were also kept awake by doors constantly slamming at the other rooms. This could easily be remedied by "soft close" mechanisms on these doors. Overall I wouldn't return based on 7 days of very little sleep due to these very simple fixes that had been missed. Also felt there were far too few places to hang wet items in the room and our shower leaked and created dangerous puddles on the tile in the bathroom which could have easily caused a very deadly fall. A few thoughtful improvements would make this resort a far more enjoyable experience all around.
