I cannot say enough good things about this boutique hotel – it completely exceeded my expectations and made my trip to Tulum unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff made me feel more like a welcomed guest in their home than just a visitor. Every detail, from the fresh-squeezed juice at breakfast to the turn-down service with local touches, was thoughtful and intentional. The property itself is stunning – a perfect blend of natural jungle vibes and curated luxury. My room was beautifully designed. It was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly clean. The pool area is a dream: tranquil, well-kept, and surrounded by lush greenery. I spent hours lounging with a cocktail in hand, soaking in the calm energy. Breakfast was made to order every morning and featured fresh, local ingredients – don’t miss the chilaquiles! If you’re looking for a place with soul, style, and standout service, this is it. I’ve traveled a lot, and this place ranks among my top stays ever. Already dreaming about my return trip!

Great experience, The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful all the time, I recommend to try the restaurant from the hotel it was really good and breakfast was included in the price, during our stay they helped us with nearby restaurants reservations and also recommending places to visit.

Great service and facilities! The rooms are lovely! The coffee basket delivered to the room in the morning was so nice! Griselda always made sure we get back to a clean room!

Everything was amazing! Service , rooms ! Food ! Just one thing! In the gym the machines was broken! Few machines can’t use ! But anything else was great ! Siwa please fix the gym machines and bench’s !

Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I recommend the outdoor beach eating palapas, especially ‘El Chiringuito’. I recommend hiring a tour guide/driver like Juan Santos to take you to the local archeological sights. You need nerves of steel if you want to drive against the local drivers. They have their own road rules. My family and I went to celebrate our birthdays in late Jan-Feb. I don’t want to stay in hot uncomfortable rooms or have mosquitos bothering me. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Don’t overpay for cabs. The concierge will help you arrange rides into Tulúm. The property is sublime with nothing lacking. Only minus for us is dinner portions are small and pricey. I can’t wait till my next visit.
