Cancun Waterpark Holidays

We moved from the Seadust to this property after 2 days. Loved it here. Staff was amazing, pool service fantastic, clean roos beautiful views! We took scuba lessons and went on 2 dives. Overall 20 out of 10! highly recommend. It was our first time in Cancun but 20th to Mexico!

The place is perfect esp for families..food is everywhere, beach is perfect, accomodation and activities are cool. Giving a 5 star rating and will be back 10x for sure

Conveniently located in Cancun with a huge property located right on the beach. The place is very clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. They all-inclusive food is delicious. Definitely my favorite hotel in Mexico.

I spent a lot of money expecting to enjoy a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The room had ants and roaches, and management wanted to send people to spray the room while we were staying there. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you want is to worry about bugs getting into your luggage or belongings. The property is also extremely big, so you constantly need golf carts to get around. Sometimes we had to wait close to 30 minutes just to get picked up and go from one place to another. Customer service was poor, especially when trying to get help or solve issues. The restaurants themselves were good, but getting into them was very difficult because everything was overcrowded and busy. Unless you made reservations two days ahead, your chances of getting in were very low. Overall, the resort looks nice, but the experience did not match the amount of money we paid.

Everything was beautiful,clean and great

Room was clean. Resort was slightly dated but had everything you need. Staff were above & beyond via service.
