From start to finish this was by far the best experience from a hotel we have ever had.
From the check in experience with desserts, drinks & the news that we had been upgraded to a Tropical villa for our 4 nights stay.
The whiole place is impeccably kept. The staff remember you individually even though there are a lot of guests.
