Vietnam Spa Holidays

Good

he Rex Hotel is acceptable, but the rooms are looking a bit worn. We were traveling with a friend who didn’t have a fridge in her room. I assume it had broken and not been replaced, which isn’t ideal in a 5-star hotel in a country with such heat. We also had to request housekeeping to restock water, and power points were not in great position especially for myself who travels with a CPAP machine. While our bathroom was clean, our friend’s room had mold in the shower and cracked tiles. There are two swimming pools, but the one on the sixth floor currently needs repairs and is looking very dated. I would only stay there again if the price was right.

Great hotel, excellent service, great stuff, the restaurant and the pool were amazing, the was clean, very good location

It was good for the price. Very handy to main attractions to the city. Staff was very helpful Breakfast was good too.

Wonderful hotel with super helpful staff

A great hotel in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming from the very beginning offering a welcome drink and helping with our baggage and offering services they had.
