Wow! Easily the best resort we have stayed at. I am not Vegan but the best part of this trip was definitely the food. The all-inclusive is the best deal around by far. There are plenty of non-vegan options but honestly I mostly ate the vegan versions. Everything was top-shelf. Charlies Vegan Tacos were a highlight. And we actually lost some weight while we were there since its so healthy. The service was incredible. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles and hellos. We got to know by name many of the staff. The Pools are about the best I have seen and the beach (when there is not seaweed) is incredible. And they keep it cleaner than any other beach around. Every time we ventured out to try something different we came back to the hotel because it was just better. The free classes like Yoga were amazing as well. I feel this is a secret that will soon be out. But thank you to all the staff who were part of this experience.

The setting of the property immediately signals peace. The visitor turns from the highway, enters a long alley lined by palm trees, and arrives at the reception buildings where 0 idling, polluting cars back up. All internal transports are done with electric carritos. Once you enter the reception area, you smell fragrances and hear relaxing music. Yoga classes on the pier over the water and a massage in the tall palapa adjacent to the water enchanted me. Vegan food is offered. The only disappointment was that espresso drinks (my afternoon latte) were limited and NOT covered in the all-inclusive ???

Food is great Servers amazing Check in it’s ok We couldn’t book a reservation for any restaurant But the buffet was open and food was good

Everything was fantastic. Staff was really nice and helpful. Room service was great and everything was perfect!

Garza Blanca Cancun exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious, beautiful, and incredibly well taken care of. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views. The pools are amazing, the beach is beautiful, and the entire property has such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. What truly made my stay special was the service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had an unforgettable vacation. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The food was also fantastic, with so many great restaurants and options to choose from. I loved being able to enjoy different cuisines without leaving the resort. This was exactly the kind of vacation I needed—beautiful surroundings, amazing food, incredible service, and complete relaxation. Garza Blanca Cancun is definitely one of the best resorts I have stayed at, and I would absolutely come back!
