Only issue was the 2nd bedroom had no aircon and it was quite warm for our kids, we left the one in the lounge on to filter through but it wasn't overly effective. We were there in January which is summer but its not like it was really hot, just warmish in the rooms. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. Also the construction is happening but we didn't find it that intrusive, the reception was easy to find and the parking was convenient even if a bit tight.
