Yessss it’s was amazing

Beautiful new hotel with amazing views but there are zero amenities after 8pm. No food or drinks after 8pm and you are on an island physically so hard to leave and get anything. Don’t arrive hungry and certainly don’t expect to hang in a hotel bar. We asked for a connected room and they did not offer this (didn’t see like they tried as the hotel did not feel full). It was a waste of money to get a connecting room. Staff did not seem interested in problem solving.

Muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando por todo el loop y todo esta cerca (si va al downtown), el personal es amable, los cuartos amplios y bonitos, la vista muy bonita (solo que hay edificios al rededor y no ves mas). Los precios de todo en el hotel me parecen un poco elevados.

Was lovely but remember it being better experience

Lobby was under construction which wasn’t attractive but also not disruptive. Hotel was fine but not glamorous. Room was small.

Always a great stay! Love this hotel. Great area with great restaurants and fun things to do close by.

The staff at the Pendry are top notch. We arrived early and just wanted to drop our bags off, but the staff was able to check us in several hours early. Upon learning it was my birthday, the bell hop brought me a glass of wine from the bar and later, the staff sent up a bottle of prosecco and birthday cupcakes. Our room

Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd.
