9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
Looks wise the hotel is solid, lots of lobby space, cafe in the morning was good, overall clean. The biggest issue was the terrible housekeepers who came to the room each day. They clogged our bathroom sink and there is no way to raise the stopper. The person everyday moved/ touched my toiletries bag and toothbrush. I find that inappropriate, never have I had this occur in a 5 star hotel. I didn't leave them a tip because I was pissed and they don't deserve one, I was forced to purchase a new toothbrush thanks to their nonsense. I wouldn't stay here again, just bad behavior from housekeeping.
