Property was very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. If parking, come into the garage from Fernwood St. Otherwise you'll go around a couple of blocks as there is no drop off or street parking on Orange Ave. The hotel is a wonderful boutique place with an excellent location to Orlando Regional Medical Center and South Downtown. Easy access to I-4. Drinks and refreshments are located at the front desk.

Unfortunately didn’t get much time to use the pool as we were out at the parks.
Everything was very clean and staff extremely helpful.
AC unit in room was unfortunately very loud but an older style unit.
For myself there was a lack of choice at breakfast as I have coeliac disease so need gluten free options- I did get fruit but no cereal or choice of bread.
Would definetly stay again and recommend to friends.
