house keeping services is great , very friendly staff the doorman Name Hassan , was great with help of all the request

The hotel was right near the busy shopping street, which made it perfect for us. It’s walking distance from the Galata Tower and has lots of transportation options. Food options were plentiful and if you are in Istanbul for the night life it’s one of the places to be. I stayed Wednesday through to Friday, the first night was quiet no noise from the street. But Thursday heading to the weekend was very noisy sound like a birthday party was happening under our bedroom window until 3am, so bear that in mind if you wanted a quiet stay. Also I booked the breakfast included options and the view of the city was amazing from there. All in all I would book again but mid week though.

The best location 3 mins walk to Hagia Sophia 2 mins walk to Grand Bazaar 2 mins walk to tram stop 10 second to Burger king 😂and 1 minute walk to dozens of eateries. Mr Burhan Tesla and all staff were absolutely fantastic. Thank you Mr Tesla I'm sure you know who I am and make sure you book the recommended bosphorous cruise through Mr Burhan as it is awesome.. the rooms are spotless and cleaning is excellent. Good breakfast as well. I don't tend to so reviews but trust me you will not regret booking at Carina Gold. See you soon guys defo book at this hotel with my eyes closed and worry free. Enjoy your stay guys

The stuff we’re really nice, the hotel is from a close distance to everything, 2 minutes walk to the metro and 5 to taksim street. The rooms could’ve been slightly cleaner, we blocked the door with a towel to stop the smell of cigarets coming from the next room. But it’s okay if you’re there just to sleep not spending a lot of time at the hotel.

All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.

Great location. Murad is a great lad, he allowed us to check in early and helped us find a taxi for our transfer. I’d suggest Gritti Pera to work on their breakfast.
