Brewdogs Kennels shares their accommodation areas with another hotel. They need to state clearly, the instructions for check in, as the other hotel is not accommodating to Brewdogs guests, even though they share a lobby and elevator. The receptionist did not allow a little earlier check in evem though the Brewdogs person said he would, and that we were the only guests being accepted that day. The receptionist told us that they have nothing to do with Brewdogs. The same receptionist even turned away two guests around the same time who made effort to check into the Authenum Hotel. Cute little one bed upside down house which was spacious enough for two of us attending a wedding near by. Couldn't eat here as we arrived on a Tuesday and the restaurant isn't open at the start of the week but the courtyard restaurant across the road is lovely and very convenient. Even when we got back after 11pm on the Wednesday everything was shut up so we still couldn't have a drink even if we'd wanted. Waterside setting is the best thing about it.

Good location. Advertising shows the Colombia Hotel ACROSS the river but makes it seem like it’s the unit you are purchasing. A bit deceptive.

Nice and friendly staff. The hotel needs an upgrade. In 5 days they never changed towels, made the bed or emptied the litterbasket.

Exceptional stay. Had everything and more. From great room and amenities including great water pressure, fantastic breakfast, free washing and dryer, great staff, they couldn’t do anything more for us, convenient walkable Location, great recreation spaces. Do yourself a favour.

Overal Hotel very basic , breakfast very poor, most of the hot food was cold , had a good selection just not warm enough , staff very friendly and polite
