The hotel was clean and tidy rooms are on the smaller size but were manageable! No aircon or cool areas to sit in made it a little unpleasant during some hot temperatures. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful!

Great location. Great Staff. Great Room. Very clean, had all the amenities we needed. Great Bed, Great Pull Out Bed for a teenager. Great Desk. Nice TV for the couple of World Cup matches we wanted to watch. We didn't need the TV very often.
The staff were very helpful and fun to talk to.

Beautiful large suite overlooking the river. The shower is small by North American standards but the hotel had Air Conditioning which is lovely. The restaurants are excellent. There was an issue with servicing the room but it was corrected immediately and overall this hotel is wonderful and absolutely stunning! Also the location is incredible.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all.
We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.
