My only suggestion is it’s time to swap out the pullout couches for real beds in the 4 person rooms. While the twin beds were extremely comfortable, the pull out was not at all but what you’d expect from a pull out. The hotel is rustic but super cute! Parking is on site. The staff were very helpful and patient. The included breakfast was lovely and the coffee was great! We opted to purchase the 1/2 board (dinner) and we were very impressed! It was a 3 course meal with several choices (including vegetarian and local dishes) at a very reasonable price. The only negative is the walls are very thin and the people in the rooms next to us were loud. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It’s easy to get around. Overall, Zürich has nice train system. Appreciate the hotel offering train pass that is good in many locations. Hotel itself had some creaky floor boards but was extremely comfortable after a lot of hiking and walking. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve had on our trip so far. The staff was very nice. The broom was comfortable with the private bathroom and shower. The bed was nice with the TV in the room and everything went very well. The room was clean and very charming with an amazing view. We were there between seasons and most tourist attractions were closed, but the staff in the reception were friendly and gave us tips on activities to do around Interlaken. Through Hotels.com we got the breakfast buffet with the price which was really nice.
