Beautiful room in a beautiful location. BG’s grill a must! Spa fantastic and easy to book in. Fully recommend

The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. The breakfast was great many options available breathtaking views the ball was great as well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel although I was out for most...

1. Perfect location for a holiday 2. Nice breakfast buffet 3. Comfortable rooms 4. Good wi fi connection 5. Close to shops and station 6. Good and decent hotel for family trips or when travelling with friends

The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room.

Top-notch hotel, absolutely blown away by the beautiful views, amazing food and excellent service. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience! I was sad to only be able to stay here one night but I hope to be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Beautiful hotel

Wonderful people who really made my trip with their kind attention and information. Locally there is so much to do, just walking and seeing waterfalls and mountains is delightful and I also went para gliding, and in Zermatt there is year round skiing and shopping. I made good use of the quiet and efficiently run...
