(117 reviews) A decent seaside venue with good facilities. Nice layout. However some maintenance and service deficiencies with AC unit leaking stagnant water that needed multiple calls for clean up. Maintenance crew only mopped the dirty water and left a air fresher for the guests to use. Had to call room service to have rest of the clean up completed. No engagement by property management at all. The pool, beach and bar staff are very pleasant and courteous. However front desk and onsite managers need more training in customer service and ensuring that they listen to the guests instead of being dismissive. Other properties in the location have nicer beaches and better trained more friendly and responsive management. The adjacent usable public beach is crowded. Not meeting standards of an Expedia VIP property in terms of overall standards and service.
