It is old and haggard. The staff isn't eager or helpful or interested in guests. The dinner staff is SLOW they tell you nothing about the property when you arrive. They don't seem welcoming and it's like a ghost town. Rooms are well worn wayyyy past its prime. It's no Ritz!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I never leave reviews but this place is amazing. The staff are phenomenal! Jason, our bar tender, was exceptional! The views were out of this world. We swam everyday in the sea and enjoyed the pool as well. Taxis were always available. The food was so good. We never had a bad dish. If you are looking for pizza head down to LTU (just past Rick’s) and if you are looking to snorkel or fish, look up Famous Vincent! That was the best part of our trip! I very seldomly return to any location more than once. I can say I will return here. Taxi cost us about 100-120 one way to/from airport.

We had a problem with our room first day no remote for the TV after asking 3 times I had to unplug it because not able to close it. We didn’t have pole and hanger in the clothes closet after one week nobody came to repair it. Every restaurant had problem to have all item, lot of dish where not available. Hotel look very good and installation are amazing but service and food are more like a 3 1/2 ⭐️
