Staff was amazing!!!

La propiedad es hermosa, la alberca es enorme y siempre está muy limpia y el hotel no se diga está hermoso, tiene una playa muy bonita y la área es muy tranquila 😍😍 Lo único malo es el staff, algunos son muy lentos para llevar los alimentos otros no te quieren atender y eso que uno les da una buena propina y ellos con su cara de enojados

I liked the cleanliness of the property and the amenities. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly however the vacation consultants were aggressively trying to get me to attend a presentation. My room was called about 4 times in their attempt to get me to buy into a timeshare/residence. I found this to be disturbing and quite annoying. After checking out I was approached again about buying a coupon for a future stay. When I declined I was asked “what’s holding me back?” I was here for a vacation not a negotiation with moon palace about spending my hard earned money with them. This is my third time but I doubt I will be coming back. It just feels like they don’t appreciate my business and don’t care about my desire to have a relaxing experience. The other downside to this was the 1 hour 45 minute shuttle to and from Montego Bay airport. I would much rather stay in MoBay for my future Jamaica visits.
