(1,007 reviews) I really enjoyed my stay at Movenpick Cebu. The food was absolutely delicious at breakfast, lunch, and dinner — every meal was a highlight! The service was excellent, with staff who were always friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. A special shoutout to Lester and all the lovely staff in the restaurant — you were the best! The hotel has a beautiful beach and pool, and the pool table and ping pong table are great facilities for both young and old. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Newtown shops, but taxis are very affordable if you prefer not to walk. The only downside was that our room felt a little dated, although it was still very clean. I believe some rooms have already been renovated, so I’d definitely request one of those next time. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend! (1,004 reviews) Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. Many Pros to be said about the staff and the resort. The resort was comfortable and clean. All the staff was respectful, helpful, and inviting as well as professional. Keith, Margarie, and Jose were absolutely amazing. They offered awesome service and made our stay extra memorable. the only down side for us (which is personal preference to be fair) was that the beds in our room weren't not comfortable and we lacked getting good sleep but overall I still give 5 stars and will be back again soon.
