(99 reviews) Great location with easy and quick access to subway & train stations, restaurants, and stores. Check in was quick and easy, timely & professional response from management, clean & big bedroom, clean kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine, toiletries and laundry detergent was a plus. Only negative was the train noise between 5 am-1am. Can’t have all but I was there to explore Japan, and to see the beautiful blooming flowers. Therefore, quick and easy access to subway & train stations was my #1 priority. By the end of the day (20K+ steps) I was glad that I didn’t have to walk far back to the hotel. Respect the culture, keep Japan beautiful. Wonderful experience, great people and great food. By the time it arrived, we had to leave for our flight. Her attitude also felt cold, which contrasted with the generally excellent service we experienced elsewhere in Japan. Overall, a good hotel, but these service lapses affected our experience.
