I really enjoyed my time there. Nice pool and lobby area. Room was nice and clean but the bathroom tub was very high and I think it was not safe because of the height and wet floor. No wash cloth size towel but they offered loffa when we requested. Also the orientation of towel bars was not the best to hang towels and clothes. Staff were polite and helpful. Nice private beach and safe to cross the busy street using the traffic light but still I would prefer a tunnel . Also the beach was not obvious to notice and I had to ask staff about it to locate it. Breakfast is expensive and I believe it should have been included with the room. Overall a nice hotel and I will choose it again.

The staff addressed each and every concern that we had in a very timely, efficient and professional manner. Also, the security staff were extremely professional and helpful. One of our concerns, as first time visitors to Egypt, was safety. The men at the front took care of that!
