We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza in Alexandria, Egypt. The hotel offered a comfortable and relaxing experience, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location inside Green Plaza Mall was very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. I would definitely recommend Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza to anyone visiting Alexandria, Egypt, and would be happy to stay here again.

The staff addressed each and every concern that we had in a very timely, efficient and professional manner. Also, the security staff were extremely professional and helpful. One of our concerns, as first time visitors to Egypt, was safety. The men at the front took care of that!

Located inside a shopping area I didn't expect so many shops. Food was excellent everywhere and the service I received was top notch. I have injured my food and the manager (Moheb) was so kind to take me personally to the hospital for xrays: incredible service !! They also arranged an excellent door to door service to Cairo allowing extra space for my leg at a very competitive price. Well done !

Very nice central hotel however getting into the hotel complex was difficult for our Uber drivers as security were at every check point. We had to walk outside main rd to pick up the Uber driver. Otherwise great hotel. Good rooms. Nice hot shower.

Excellent location . Very nice mix between the mall livelymood and thr hotel privacy . Excellent staff very helpful nice hospitality. Pools are just great. Soom corridors need more maintenance and specially the lift between second and first floor rooms . Also daily room cleaning needs to be more thorough .

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Green Plaza. The location is unbeatable if you love having everything at your fingertips; being right inside the Green Plaza Mall means you have hundreds of shops, a cinema, and endless restaurants just steps from your room.  The service was top-notch—the staff were professional and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a huge variety of fresh options. Whether you’re here for business or a family trip, this is easily one of the most convenient and comfortable places to stay in Alexandria. Will definitely be back!
