Hotel was lovely & the staff were very friendly & helpful . Both the terrace bar & the back bar/restaurant were nice places to be. My only criticism was that I had a staff member with a noisy carpet cleaning machine outside my door at 08:30 one morning and a staff member vacuuming outside my door at 08:00 another day.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! In a beautiful older castle, the amenities were top-notch! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff are tremendous! The restaurant and the pool bar were fabulous as well. It was a little bit from the city main center, but it was fabulous to come back to and relax. I would definitely recommend five stars!

The hotel common spaces were nice but the room definitely needed updating. The paint in the shower and other places in the room was peeling off. There weren't any USB outlets in the room. The minifridge barely cooled. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices. Staff was helpful.
