When we tried to see the menu in the restaurant she said people were eating there so we couldn't see one. Weird. Music is everywhere and we sometimes wanted a few quiet moments but tinny rock is even piped into the lifts and comes on part way through the ride up or down. Each evening we were advised to have breakfast between 7-30-8:30 as the here was very busy. And during 1st week Feb 2026 a building site sprang up on the land opposite so the diggers and drills were competing with the music the whole week. Lacked the personal service and little touches we are used to. Towels were removed from room and not replaced in evening more than once. Having said that we had a room with a sea view and the sunshine we hoped for.
