(928 reviews) Photos were much better than the hotel. A bit run down but considering the clientele, it makes sense. The staff were very professional when a group of boys came and started being loud and disrespectful to the staff. The hotel is Very close to platinum mall. Tea coffee water available free of charge. Toothbrush was not offered. Breakfast mostly catered for certain clientele but overall okay. Tom yum soup tasted like sea water, no flavor. Only good part of dinner was they delivered leftovers which was most of the meal to ours room so we can just throw away. The hotel room floor had multiple stains in the room and cigarette butts on the balcony. 3 stars was solely for the service. Attendant and staff in restaurant was excellent. Was a good hotel years ago. Not worth staying again. (1,003 reviews) On the main road of China Town so lots of food options. Convenient to visit places of interest around the area by foot, however, beware of traffic once the night market stalls start setting up. Staff were kind and helpful. However the let down was the cleanliness of the rooms. At first glance looked ok but the shower was full of mould + strong smell of mould the minute you open the shower door.
