Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.

To Peninsula Teams, We would like to expressed my sincere review to The Peninsula Bangkok. We have a pleasant stay with hotel by offering upgrading our room from deluxe to suites. Thank you very much ! The room was immaculate-with beautiful view, spacious for relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. i appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshment and luxurious toiletries. we definitely will come back again and i already looking forward to my next stay. Access to rooms is from an outside corridor. Hotel has no proper entrance, you walk through a bar and corridor to get to the life for reception. Very confusing. However, there are door staff to help you. Breakfast buffet a bit basic for a hotel.

Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and good location for shopping around Pratunam area.
