The location is great, and the area is really nice. The room size is ok but the bed was bad, terrible mattress!!! They need to get new mattress also the room has a hint of not a nice smell in the evening time. Nice staff also

Wonderful stay, very nice, polite and helpful staff which is quite out of the ordinary for the Netherlands where service is generally and mostly inexistent. To illustrate this, I reported a leak problem with my shower a few hours after checking in. The concierge reported it promptly but maintenance chose to ignore it and it was not fixed until the last evening of my 3-day stay and my reporting the problem 4 times… This kind of situation should never happen in a hotel of this level. Other than that I loved my stay at the Krasnapolsky

The location was very good to be able to walk around the city center. The staff were all very professional and friendly and helpful. The room was was very clean. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect hotel, nice little touches everywhere. Location was fab. The only downside was the parking and finding the location. This needed to be communicated prior to our arrival. We drive around for nearly an hour trying to find the access point by car.
