Joe Island Pet-friendly Holidays

Okay hotel but nowhere near the price premium that was paid, not sure how this hotel has such high reviews this was our most expensive reservation and left the most to be desired. Not a bad spot, but definitely not outstanding.

It’s a brand new and beautiful property. The kitchen was very nice, loved their Bosch oven and new utensils. A bit on the pricier side but we also chose a room with ocean view on the upper floors and it is in downtown -Clearwater. Spacious and impeccably clean, nice balconies, walking distance to Clearwater beach. My only drawback were the customers- themselves- smelled like weed whenever you joined the pool or walked by groups of families.

Everyone was amazing and helpful.

Fantastic property. The area was quiet and it felt very safe and private. Friendly owners and staff.

Great and clean ……………….,,

Perfect location for a beach getaway. Beach-facing rooms have a fantastic view! Pros: Super-friendly staff. Complimentary beach shader and 2 loungers on the sand Food-service provided for hotel guests on the beach Housekeeping was very proactive about refreshing your room or amenities Cons: $40 daily parking fee with valet as the only option. I get it but this was in September (off season). Why is this not included in the resort fee already being charged?
