Plus access to a grill and smoker ( which made me super happy). The appartment is only a short hop to AMI, or bradenton and easy acces to Cortez. We recently spent 2 weeks at Kapok. The house was very comfy, clean, well equipped for cooking, centrally located to places we wanted to visit, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Home has everything and very clean. Candy is amazing and a great host. If bringing a bot, make sure to contact the Marina and make sure to reserve a space and therefore be able to launch. Sunny Shores has it all! The dwelling was very well equipped and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen equaled my own, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The lovely deck is a fun place to enjoy a cocktail, read a book or just relax, and a waterside park is just steps away. The property is nestled in a pretty little community away from the traffic of Bradenton and close enough to walk or bike to the beach. The property is well maintained, super clean and comfortable, with everything you need even extras like books, board games, and items to use at the beach - a home away from home! The entire place feels spacious and offers plenty of privacy and the owners are respectful of your privacy as well but also very helpful when you need it. The neighborhood felt very safe. Be sure to check out Tyler's Homemade Ice Cream only 5 minutes away and the bakery next door - Delicious and notalgic!
