Sunshine Oasis with heated Saltwater pool

3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.

Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.

The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front yard. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Gas grill for a cookout and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Beach equipment provided includes: Umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and towels. We just wrapped up an amazing 5-day stay at this stunning pool home, and it truly exceeded expectations. The house was immaculately clean — every detail was thought through, from spotless utensils to fresh, high-quality linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower was powerful, and the in-home technology setup was top-notch.The lap pool was massive and perfect for both relaxing and getting in some morning exercise. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — just 5 miles from Bradenton Beach, which felt like a hidden gem.Clear and friendly communication with Chris made everything smooth; he was responsive and an all-around great host. We’re already planning a return trip this fall with more family!Thank you, Chris, for sharing such a beautiful property. Truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had.

Cute house close to the beach

We absolutely loved the house and the location it was only a few minutes from the beach. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. My kids enjoyed the back patio and pool. The host had great communication and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation Location!!

Great communication, easy check-in, quiet, convenient location, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping, very clean, nice pool and tons of little extras (shampoo, body wash, coffee, creamer, paper products, detergents, all your beach needs including towels and the list goes on!!) very thoughtful touches. In the house manual they say at departure don’t worry about anything just enjoy your vacation and we absolutely did!!

Awesome property

Excellent property! We were very pleased with our stay. The heated pool was very nice during the cooler January weather. The host checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The house had lots of extras including beach and portable chairs for the soccer event we attended.

The property is as described. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool was a highlight and we used it every spare minute we had. Owners have thought through every detail and we were very comfortable and we would stay at this property again (or any of their others) without hesitation.

Nice Heated pool! Close enough to beaches & Sarasota Springs.

6 full days of fun & adventure. Heated pool was clean and ready to go. Everything was very useful on property. Garage even had wagon, beach chairs, sand castle and umbrella! Showed up to the beach like a local - ready to go! Grill was useful for some easy cooking by the pool & kitchen even had some extra spices. Coffee K cup ready to go. 2 full bathrooms very nice. AC went out when arrived the owner was out that night with tech on Super Bowl, wow. Had it fixed next morning. Very attentive to needs! Definitely would rent from Chris again!!! Thanks

Perfect escape

This was the perfect escape from the cold north for a few days. This house was centrally located for our home base. 12 minutes from the beach. 18 minutes from Sarasota airport. The house was immaculate and the pool was amazing! Chris had several added bonus amenities such as providing beach towels, sunscreen and even shampoo and conditioner! Can't recommend this property enough!!

Great stay

Everything was clean the pool was warm washer and dryer was a plus. All basic kitchen supplies were provided. Home owner was quick to respond with any questions. Easy access to grocery stores and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and only 20 min from the island. Garage parks 2 cars easily. Spacious bedrooms with dressers and tv. Spacious bathrooms with plenty of storage. All beach necessities provided in the garage.

Absolutely awesome!

We would give this house and Chris (the owner) 10 stars if we could! Check in was simple, and the house was spotless! It was exactly as pictured. We loved how well the house was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed for our extended stay, including kitchen items, paper products, beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon for get everything to the beach, etc. The pool area was beautiful, and the pool was heated to a really enjoyable temp. We loved the location which was centrally located, making it easy to get to the beaches, UTC, grocery stores, restaurants etc. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait! Thanks, Chris, for providing an awesome place to stay!

Cozy Home Near Beach

This was a cozy, spacious home away from home. Nice decor with a beach vibe. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating - ample towels and supplies. Pool was amazing - private fenced area with evening lighting. Nearest Beach approximately 20 minutes away. I do have to say, keep in mind this property allows pets. If you're sensitive to odors, you may have to air out the place when you first arrive and maybe light a candle. The sofas had noticeable large stains - I do wish this detail had not been overlooked by the cleaning crew. Overall a great stay!

Bradenton

This was my first experience with a VRBO rental and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. From the initial booking to check out, everything was such a smooth process. Chris kept communication open and made everything seamless. The house was absolutely beautiful and the attention made to little details right down to sunscreen options was top notch. Literally all we would have needed to bring was a toothbrush and change of clothes. The house had just the right amount of privacy while still being close by to shopping and dining options. The icing on the cake was that the house ended up being only 6 houses away from relatives, which we hadn't known were that close prior to booking, making everything even more convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay in Bradenton!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at Chris and Sherry's. The house is comfortable and the pool is a delight. The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with close and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. Chris and Sherry, the owners, are very accommodating and responsive hosts. The house is well equipped with towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. They have tried to think of everything. This is not always the case with other rentals and is very much appreciated. We felt thoroughly at home, and we really enjoyed our stay.
