Beautifully decorated 2/2.5 overlooking the serene canal waters and boat docks. Only a short walk to your own private piece of the white sands of Crescent Beach. No need to drag beach chairs...we have lounge chairs and umbrellas for our guests. Living areas are ceramic tiled and walk out to the slider glass enclosed lanai. Unit is a very spacious 1800+ sq. ft. two story town home with two master suites on the second floor. Living room has TV, VCR, CD player. A half bath is off the updated kitchen. Master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, VCR and DVD with an open balcony for private sun bathing! Updated master bathroom has walk-in shower. Guest bedroom furnished with two double beds and the guest bathroom is updated with a walk in shower. Washer and dryer. Unit has complimentary Wi fi.
