Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There were activities for guests to participate in, I went to a Lei making group and it was so fun. Also the food at The hideout, the restaurant in the hotel, was delicious! I’d book my stay at The Laylow again :)

Overall clean but for luxury, minor details could be attended to. Like chaulk in bathroom(moldy or soap residue), plants look sick in the hallway of the club rooms, could use bug repellent plants, as the gnats and mosquitoes were rampant). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great as well.

Enjoyed this spot a lot! the rooms are roomier that the Wayfinder and some boutique hotels. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful (and they have a hard job! they are also expected to be a barista on on the side) front desk: Maygan and Sean Paul were so helpful and friendly and just nice people in general. The pool deck and bar are lively and comfortable and sunny - and they have a "happy day" vs HH menu and drinks from 12-6! The kitchen crew make really tasty pupus and meals! I loved the Thai Lard Wraps and the Korean Beef Taco and the Western Burger. I Didn't have anything I didn't love from that kitchen, Fun vibes, Great location! My only negative comment here is the Fabuloso ... Please dear Lord in Heaven find a better cleaning product for guests, cleaning crew, and the world. MAHOLO! *PS: Thanks for the friendly and great service at HeyDay pool bar to Cody, Mason, and all the rest. room 328/331 RA
