"Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Staff is super nice and the food is amazing. Hotel is right at the center of everything. Lots of good shopping at doorsteps. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because the bathroom roof was dripping water when it rained and even though they offered to change my room the options didn’t work for me. I would have liked some kind of food coupons for the inconvenience which is typical in situations like this with other hotels I have visited before....

Front reception Ashok, Anish, Nauton, Nisha and other housekeepers staffs, kitchen staff all of them were very helpful and polite while we stayed there for 11 days. It located in very quiet place which gives peace vibe. Sometime the AC doesn’t work makes the room really hot. It’s better for management to think about updating advance AC or new AC before guests complain about it. We had to changed the room couples times because of AC didn’t worked properly."
