We loved our stay there . The terrace view of the bay was spectacular. The staff was super accommodating in all ways. And while the hotel is up in the hills, the free shuttle that ran to and from Sorrento was very well run( it’s about a 20 minute trip each way). While we didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant, we enjoyed breakfast out by the pool every day. An important aspect to add, we discovered there is an elevator that takes you to the city centre , avoiding a long walk on the stairs. Also, Sorrento is a hidden gem to base your trip out of,. The shopping is amazing there and we managed to do day trips to Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, and Capri island ( highly recommend taking a small boat trip).

Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this.
