It’s really not obvious why this a 5-star hotel: I should just about be a 4-star.
Positive attributes included: comfortable bed, quiet and fairly clean room. The location is quite good. The unrelated-to-the-hotel Ora restaurant/wine bar across the street has really exceptional food.
Negative issues included: surprisingly poor breakfast, room heating not under occupant control, no soap in bathroom at outset and hair conditioner dispenser empty.
I suspect there are much better options in central Belfast.

Stayed here over ten years ago and was glad to come back to this area. Lovely hotel and staff where faultless, always very helping and nothing is to much trouble. Won’t take so long to go back
