Had a good experience here for our first time in Chicago! Seemed to be very well maintained and very safe. Breakfast was good and location, I would say, is wonderful. Our only two issues were the 250 deposit at the hotel check in that (I believe) was not disclosed when we booked (it wasn’t a problem just wish it was disclosed beforehand). And the rooftop bars drinks were a bit overpriced for the taste/quality. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to others and come back when we visit again!
