Overall the stay was good. We had a few issues, that were promptly addressed by staff when brought to their attention. The hotel is old and a bit run down - but it was in a great location and was exactly what we needed. The pool was too cold to use at the time of year we were there and quiet deep so not suitable for small kids. Overall happy with the stay.

The resort just has a beautiful feel to it; surrounded by lush garden, and on the lagoon. Despite being so big, it is very well configured to feel very private and quiet.

We would have preferred a buffet breakfast but the Alacarte was very nice .Katrin at breakfast was wonderful and looked after us really well. All the staff from reception to housekeeping to hospitality were especially helpful. There is a Woolworths just around the corner and the bus terminal is a comfortable walk, even for us seniors. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom had a separate toilet with basin. body wash shampoo and conditioner were on the wall dispensers which was very convenient. Lifts were prompt even though the hotel was at capacity.
Generally a great hotel in a convenient location with great staff.
We will stay here again!
