Food was good
Animation team were very good and evening shows were very good. Lots of acrobatics and magic.
Room make up service was ok but felt rushed
Gym equipment could be updated

Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room.
The WiFi is not particularly good.
The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff.
The food was ok though nothing special.

Bitten by bugs in the bed,
Private pool was not clean
Patio light open up during night and was impossible to close
The faucet in the bedroom was not fix and toilet seat.
Staff and breakfast was really good.
