8.6/10 Excellent! (668 reviews)
Maybe we got unlucky but our room was never clean (bathroom walls, dead bugs, broken toilet seat, mouldy air con). We complained and the mould was removed. Reception and bar staff in the main building quite dismissive. Outdoor spaces and royal elite bars were very good. Buffet quite good. 24/7 snack bar worth it if you want drinks late into the night!

8.4/10 Very good! (553 reviews)
Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room.
The WiFi is not particularly good.
The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff.
The food was ok though nothing special.

8.2/10 Very good! (298 reviews)
This property is OK. Rooms very basic. Just some hangers on a pole for a wardrobe. Bedsheets from 1980s.
A charge of €6 per day for an air con remote. (€10 deposit for the remote)
A charge for a tv remote
A charge for a mat to go on your basic sun bed.
0 amenities in the bathroom - hand wash/shower gel etc.
Towels are threadbare and very old.
Pool area was decent. Just everything else very entry-level. Should be a 2* really.
A place to lay your head but do not expect much. Location very good. At the bottom of Cardiac Hill.
